Lukman has passed on.
According to family sources, the former OPEC secretary who has
been on the sick bed for a while passed away in the early hours of
today in Vienna at the age of 76.
His family disclosed that they are making plans to bring his remains
back to Nigeria for burial.
The deceased quit politics in 2010.
May his soul rest in peace (amen).
