Buhari’s wife urges First Lady not to be scared of prison

Progressives Congress (APC), Muhammadu Buhari,

Aisha has urged the First Lady, Patience Jonathan

not to be scared of prison, reports Punch.

Aisha assured the First Lady that her husband,

President Goodluck Jonathan, would not be jailed if

he loses the March 28 presidential election.

Aisha said her husband would not have time to witch-

hunt anybody if he wins the election.

Aisha, who was speaking with women at a campaign

rally in Edo State on Thursday, noted that the First

Lady needed not to fear as Nigerians only want a

change in the way the country is being governed at

present.

Patience Jonathan had during at a campaign rally in

Ado Ekiti on Monday alleged that Buhari would jail

her husband and members of his government if he comes

to power.
