Boko Haram Terrorists kill 50, abduct 506 in Damasak, Borno

Boko Haram terrorists have abducted 506 people in
Damasak, Borno State, residents say.
The terrorists also reportedly left 50 people dead during
the attack on the town which was recently recaptured by
Chadian and Nigerien troops.
“They took 506 young women and children (in Damasak).
They killed about 50 of them before leaving,” a trader
called Souleymane Ali told Reuters.
“We don’t know if they killed others after leaving, but they
took the rest with them,” he added.
A 40-year-old resident named Fana also confirmed the
reports saying that the insurgents had gathered the captives
in the main mosque before taking them out of town.
Troops found about 100 corpses » in a mass grave in
Damasak after a final battle to capture it from the
terrorists on Monday, March 16.
